Bio

Keith Clark was born May 19th, 1968. Growing up in White Rock, BC, Canada he started early playing guitar. He formed the first line up of Joe Kool in 1992 and made the switch to bass. The next incarnation of Joe Kool started in 2005 until 2008. Following that line up's last performance in 2008, he worked with several other bands (Checkout Soundog here!)and sat in supporting open mics and jams around the lower mainland. A lover of Blues music, he also continues to promote and support local blues artists. In the Fall of 2009 he teamed up with Ted Mcdonald and Yoann Priolet on a new project playing original blues music. The new lineup of Joe Kool immediately got a house gig for the Stormy Monday Blues Jam in Surrey, BC. After honing their skills and backing many local blues players as the house band they played shows around the lower mainland. Once again that line up of Joe Kool disbanded in the spring of 2011. Between 2012 and 2013, he played bass for The Kathy Frank Band and played various shows around town.  One highlight was assisting Kathy to bring her vision, "Blues Through The Ages" to fruition and performing in the first show, Feburary 2013, at the Heritage Grill in New Westminster, BC.

He is currently taking a hiatus from playing for awhile, but will be back sometime in the future.  In the meantime he will be attending shows and supporting the local scene as best he can.   Cheers!
